When designing a home, sometimes the lack of visuals can make it difficult! Here at Preferred Living Homes we understand that having some sort of visual helps the design process dramatically! That’s why we give our customers the option to have their home drawn up with the color combinations and options they choose, and not just from Franklin! As you can see here we have added the exact porch that the customer is looking for to really liven up the exterior of their home.

This property has come a longgg ways! Josh w/ J&A Grading and his team really know what they are doing! What used to be pines and hardwoods not even two weeks ago is now a beautifully cleared lot with a house pad and footers! Can’t wait to get our Franklin Homes Lake Charles delivered for our amazing customers, I know they are just as excited as we are to move into their beautiful new home!
