At Green City Demolition we are incredibly proud to serve our clients with excellence. Reed Hartman Grooms Development LLC and Vandercar Holdings, Inc. entrusted us with the demolition of the former Procter and Gamble Innovation Center in Blue Ash, Ohio. This property sits on 50 acres and our team has been working incredibly hard to bring it down. With grants and support from the Ohio Economic Development Association and City of Blue Ash, our clients are able to continue moving forward and we will continue to be there to support them. Demolition and abatement of the east side of Procter & Gamble’s former Sharon Woods Innovation Center campus is now underway and scheduled for completion in early 2023.

Our crews have been making incredible progress at the former Procter and Gamble facility in Blue Ash, Ohio. Building C on the East end of the campus is coming down. This project continues to move forward and we are excited to see all the progress we have made.

The Rubble Master 120x is the newest addition to the Green City Demolition fleet. Our team has been training on this 400hp machine and we are excited to increase our capabilities with this mobile crusher! RUBBLE MASTER
