We recently wrapped this one up - tiled the down spouts, built the retaining wall, tile behind the wall with clean rock, imported the fill to raise grade, base rock, finish rock, and erosion stone on the south slope.

Once again we moved ALOT of rock! We ran two different lines that meet at a point on the north and south side to work with the existing path and you guys know the deal, nothing but straight lines! 😉

We demo’ed this garage, the driveway, garage floor, and roughly 8” off the top of the old stem wall, the rest of the wall was abandoned in place.

The NW corner of the old foundation had settling issues and CMT originally suggested going 2’ deeper, installing tile and then filling it with 2’ of 1” clean rock and pouring the footing on top of that. Once we got to grade on that corner and they tested it, they decided it was necessary to go with a wider footing, so they poured the footing as wide as our trench and then poured the new stem wall.

We installed perimeter tile, and tile for the down spouts, dressed up the driveway and that’s a wrap on this one!

Another project we recently knocked out!

We finish graded, prepped, seeded, and hydro mulched this one and the pictures speak for themselves! We are glad we got to finish it out for this customer!

We seeded the majority of the trails this spring and then tied everything together when we did the yard. We will be dormant seeding some natives later this year for the areas surrounding the yard.

It’s been awhile since we’ve posted cause we’ve been crazy busy! We want to give a huge shout out to all of our customers for trusting us to tackle all of their projects! And for their patience as we work through our list to get caught up! We will be posting some more of our projects from this year over the next few months.

We recently wrapped up the base, finish, and perimeter rock on this one and it turned out awesome! We moved ALOT of rock! As always, nothing but straight lines!!!

House demo from a tornado that hit our area back in May. We kept the foundation and flat work for the new house to be built on. Thank you to the Daggett’s for trusting us to help start the process of rebuilding their new home!
