Did some work locally for a change for the Sutton's over on Paul's lake. Just a quick restain of the deck and log siding made all the difference in the world brightening the wood back up. Product used was sikkens srd redwood

This was just a nice repaint at a very nice home in Minnetonka. They decided to get rid of that dated lighter beige color everyone seems to have in the area from a decade ago, and go with something alot more modern in feel. In this case they chose sw 7015 repose gray. A really great complex color. As the natural lighting changes throughout the day, so do the undertones of the color, a really nice warm feel now.

Here's one I completed in champlin a couple weeks ago. Was in pretty rough shape, I'll call it a hoarders home who also...

Here's one I completed in champlin a couple weeks ago. Was in pretty rough shape, I'll call it a hoarders home who also was a heavy heavy smoker... Windows were saved an enameled box white along with all the new trim.. Walls that weren't new were washed and oil primed to seal them up, and finally painted with sw 7037 accessible beige... I'll add some before photos at some point but I think it turned out really nice, and the new owners were extremly happy.

Just some "before after photos" of a home in prior lake. I went ahead and got rid of the peachy colored Venetian plaster finish that was popular a decade ago in higher end homes, in favor of Benjamin Moore HC- 172 revere pewter, which is a brilliant choice for anyone looking to change things up and bring some warmth into their home.
