Join our team at Shore Thing Construction! We're seeking experienced Carpenters, a Supervisor, and Foremen to bring their skills to our dynamic team. We want to hear from you if you're passionate about restoration, remodels, and preserving historical homes!

Requirements:
- Experienced carpenter with knowledge of power and air tools.
- Owns essential hand tools and has reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License.
- Willing to work overtime and capable of climbing ladders/scaffolding.
- Skilled in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in blueprint interpretation and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Proven experience in construction management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and understanding of building codes and safety standards.
- 3+ years of Experience
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Cambridge, MD.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.
