TennCo. handled two pieces of gas piping for a residential property in Springville, Tn.
At the meter, we cut a tee into the existing piping and ran a new 3/4" black iron line for the homeowner's generator, with a dedicated shutoff valve at the branch. The generator is a portable unit, so the line terminates at a quick disconnect. The existing sediment trap at the meter covers the new run.
Under the house, we ran 30 feet of 1/2" black iron through the crawl space to supply a natural gas range. The kitchen is mid remodel, so the line is stubbed to the range location with a shutoff behind the appliance, ready for the range when it goes in.

Springville, TN. Propane leak in a crawl space.

A homeowner called their propane supplier for a tank fill and was turned down. The company would not put gas in the tank until the leak somewhere under the house was located and repaired.

We performed the leak test on the system, isolated the section holding the leak, and made the repair in the crawl space. The system held pressure and the tank could be filled.

Bathroom Faucet Replacement Done Entirely By Feel | 20 Minutes, 7x Speed

This faucet had been dripping constantly, and the homeowner had already decided to replace the fixture rather than repair it.

The supply lines told us how old the install was before we ever got a wrench on anything. Chrome supply tubing dates the fixture back decades, and connections that have sat undisturbed that long do not want to come apart. Every joint fought us. Even the basin nuts holding the faucet down to the countertop refused to break loose with the methods that work on a normal replacement.

The bigger obstacle was the cabinet itself. It was tight enough that there was no sightline to the work at all. Everything you see here was done by feel, including cutting the connections free with a multitool in a space where we could not watch the blade. That is a scenario where experience does the work that vision usually does. You learn what a seized nut feels like versus one that is about to move, and you learn where the blade is without looking at it.

Cleanout installation and main line clear on a home in historic Paris, TN.

Older homes in this part of town weren't built with an accessible cleanout, which means every future drain problem turns into pulling a toilet to get access. We installed a two-way cleanout at the house and cleared the line the same day. Next time this line needs attention, it's a straightforward job instead of a project.

We were part of a kitchen remodel in Lexington today. We handled the plumbing side of the finish work: a new Delta faucet set on a quartz sink, an InSinkErator disposal installed, and the existing dishwasher pulled back in and reconnected.
The new cabinet layout meant the old drain configuration no longer worked, so we redesigned it to fit the space and tie in cleanly under the sink.

We got a call in Camden, TN from a homeowner dealing with a slow-flushing toilet. We ran our drain machine to clear out the roots that had worked their way into the line, then used our camera system to pinpoint exactly where the roots were getting in. From there, our sonde let us locate the problem from above ground so we know precisely where to dig. We have a repair scheduled to take care of the root cause and keep this line clear for good.
