We've successfully wrapped up a staining project for a happy client.
The earlier contractor's use of paint on deck boards led to noticeable chipping within a year, confirming our proposal that staining is a better option than painting for high-traffic areas.

The entire project was completed in a day.

Another dock project finalized at Lake Wateree, where Australian Timber Oil was selected for finishing.
Key updates included railings, decking, and trim work around the porch, despite a limited photo record. Our current workload is fully committed until mid-July; however, opportunities for smaller projects are available.

Out with the old and in with the NEW!

Acknowledgement to Jeffco Construction LLC Their contribution was instrumental, and I am thankful for their involvement. The next phase involves staining.

A celebratory meal of big juicy steaks is planned for everyone, considering the challenges overcome in this project.
