The rain is really starting to cause problems. People everywhere are calling with basements flooded and various other problems. When have we every had green grass in August!!!!

Trying to get into the pace of entering news and updates. We have recently added a skidster and excavator to our line of equipment. This will enable us to get into those tight places where the big backhoe cannot. Don't worry, we still have the big backhoe for when it is needed.

Also, Matt has joined the operation. This will allow the boys to learn the trade and keep it going after I retire. Who knows when that will be!! Anyway, Greg has done an excellent job helping for the past six years and is now taking the lead with regards to estimating and figuring jobs. He is quickly moving into the top spot of the company. We hope to continue with our good ol family tradition of quality work for many years to come.

Cold weather is upon us. Make sure that you have all outside hoses disconnected so that they do not freeze and break your lines. This includes your yard hydrants. Ask my wife, she will tell you about standing at hers by the garden with a blow torch for hours last winter to get in unthawed before it broke the lines. She was lucky. You might not be!!
