Chandler Electric is the type of business that businesses used to be: professional, on time, priced reasonably, and they get the job done. It was like a throwback to the 1950s when businesses actually performed with pride.

Chandler electric came out and performed warranty service on my Generac 24kW generator when no other business in the area was interested (other businesses were too busy bilking customers on more lucrative jobs). Other businesses weren't qualified to do warranty work.

I can't say enough about Chandler. I liked them so much I signed up for their generator service program even though I usually do stuff like that myself (oil changes, spark plug change, and air filter replacement/cleaning)

From there, I received a detailed proposal and experienced excellent communication with Heidi and the office staff. They handled everything, including the permit. I didn't have to lift a finger. Their installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the process in a timely manner. No longer do I dread power outages, which is a significant factor for me. I purchased a generator from Chandler Electric in 2020. I have had no issues with my unit. I chose a unit that would run the whole house. We couldn't be happier with Chandler's work planning for and installing our Generac generator!

The Chandler team was very responsive with communication as we planned for our Generac generator. Even we had to leave a message, our call was returned super fast. The Chandler team handled all the required city permits and timed installation out accordingly.

The installation team arrived on time and was super professional. If questions arose, they explained the why and how of what they were doing in a chill friendly manner. The generator and wiring was done in about 4hours and with minimal noise heard inside the house. They left permit paperwork in a secure plastic bag where the city inspector could easily locate when they arrived without needing to "bother" us.

Once the permit was signed off, a second quick appointment and we were 100% connected and ready to rock should we lose power.

We highly recommend the Chandler Electric team!
