As we get ready to move into our new office in Downtown Vass I had to share our new custom tables that were just delivered and installed. Handcrafted by Stubby K Studio (a Veteran owned and operated custom wood craftsmanship company). We couldn’t be happier and love the relationship we have created with them. Key 🔑 turnover Friday!!

We were all excited to hand the keys to the owners of this unique and beautiful property/build. This is not our typical project but we were honored to do it and the clients were phenomenal. This is a 800sf heated with 712sf unheated (porches/garage) (1512sf under roof): two bedroom/two bathroom with detached metal garage with a few custom features; all sitting on 14-acres of old growth pines and hardwoods.

As with all of our builds, we could not do it without a great team of vendors, tradesmen, and subcontractors. Bringing a custom home to reality is truly a team event, and we have the best.

We’re excited to share that we just passed the final inspection for “Mama’s Kitchen”. Vass’ newest restaurant on Union Church. We were asked a couple months ago to take over this project and help to get it completed. I know there are a lot of folks that can’t wait for it to open, including us. We appreciate and thank the owners for trusting us to get them to the finish line. Keep an eye out for their Grand Opening.

We have been working hard!!!

We are near completion on the 44k sqft elementary campus we are building for Fayetteville Christian School.

We are continuing to make progress on our design and build custom homes and are starting our second Custom Spec that will soon be on the MLS.

We are meeting with new clients regularly that are in all stages of our planning and pricing pipelines.

Even with all that, we are also getting close on finishing our new brick and mortar storefront office in downtown Vass. The design aspects going into our office have been intentional and thoughtful. We want to capture the essence of one of Moore County’s premiere custom home builders.

Below is a sneak peak of one of our custom conference tables that we contracted Stubby K Studio to build for us. We knew that as a fellow Veteran owned business that Stubby K would bring the professionalism and dedication to their craft that we have come to admire about them and this table will serve as a center piece in our new office. We’re excited to share the finished project with you and to welcome you all to come by and see it. Stay tuned!!

We are very excited for this post!!!

You have asked and we have listened!! We have been working hard on this, behind the scenes, to bring you an opportunity to buy a custom Mabus home and land package!!

For those of you without the time or budget for a complete “design and build” custom home. We will now offer a “Custom Spec” option.

We will be officially listing the first seven packages next week!! You are getting the first look of this home, already in construction, and planned to be ready for you to have Thanksgiving dinner on your new farm.

This home is at 1105 Harnett Rd. in Cameron and comes with 2.85 acres (Lot 7 on Survey) of established Coastal Bermuda Pasture, in Moore County!!! It’s ready for horses or any other ideas you have for a turn key mini farm!!
