A quick reminder on the top mistakes we see:

- Drip BOTH the hot & cold side of your faucets
- Don’t forget your outside faucets! We’re stocked up on foam covers if you need them. Come by Friday.
- If you find you lose water flow during the cold water, it’s not time to panic. Most likely it means that your water is frozen in the pipes. Just wait for the water to thaw & pay attention for signs of a leak after it’s running again (low water pressure, see or hear water)
- Based on the forecasts we’re seeing, if you lose water due to frozen pipes on Saturday night or Sunday, they aren’t likely to that until Tuesday morning. Be prepared with extra drinking water & water to use your toilets!

Plumbing Apprentice: Train under a highly experienced master plumber while earning hours towards your plumbing license. Most apprentices are able to earn their Tradesman License in about 2 years! No plumbing experience required, but must be very reliable & committed to a career in plumbing. Construction or other trade experience is a plus!

Drain Cleaner: Perform sewer & drain cleaning jobs independently, under the supervision of a master plumber. Drain cleaner registration & previous drain cleaning experience preferred.

Shop Manager: Count inventory & submit weekly orders to supply houses. Receive & stock deliveries of plumbing parts and materials. Maintain organization of inventory parts on plumbing trucks & back of shop. Plumbing, construction and/or stocking experience preferred.

If you have no or low water pressure, do not be alarmed. You probably do not have an issue with your plumbing.

The City of Cameron is experiencing a break in a main water line. Watch their page for updates!

When the water is back on, we recommend opening outside faucets first to clear your lines of air & sediment. Then, open your inside faucets until there is a constant flow.

If you are still experiencing low water pressure, you can try to remove aerators from your faucets as sediment can get clogged there.
