Most companies don't like the hazard trees. We love them! I have witnessed a lot of tree removal but the skills Adam and our crew possess is still amazing to watch! I also love to watch Adam and the guys operate machinery. It is so smooth. You can always tell when someone hasn't operated heavy equipment very long. They resemble TRex running through the forest. I just got off the phone with Micah from Public Works. He is new to the job and eager to learn. He asked if Adam and I would teach him about snow removal and what the county can do to improve plowing our roads. He is planning to come up here one day and learn about the machines with the Public Works lead guy. I am super excited! This is the most progress we have made since we started our business! Micah has been with Public Works only a year. He said there is a ton of room for improvement. Good steps in the right direction!

Late last night, Adam drove our big loader down to help find a friends driveway in Lilac in Arnold. We drove down the highway and I followed with my flashers going on my jeep so he was safe. We were absolutely horrified by the destruction in there. If you are doing snow removal in Arnold bring in loaders . You are going to need it. This is just one street. Most streets are clear but access to driveways requires big equipment. You need a grapple bucket. Our friend can now get in when power is restored!

Let me be clear on one thing during this storm. When Public Works did not show to plow our roads in Camp Connell and Dorrington, we plowed through almost 4 ft of snow on most roads to get to our contracts. WE DID NOT USE THE COUNTY NOT PLOWING AS AN EXCUSE! You paid us to do snow removal and we did it everyday no matter how long it took to get to your driveway! Public safety was our number one concern. As far as I know we are the only company in Camp Connell and Dorrington that kept plowing despite roads not being done. We have redefined what is humanly possible. Unless there is a live power line laying in a road, there is no excuse for not doing your job customers have paid you to do!!! That is all I have to say about that folks!!! It may take longer but this crew does their job they were paid to do....no excuses!
