JEM Group is proud to share a look inside the completed Lighthouse TV Bethlehem Studio & Conference Center. This comprehensive renovation transformed multiple existing suites into a modern headquarters featuring corporate offices, a large conference center, a state-of-the-art broadcast studio, and supporting production spaces.

Beyond the interior, our team completed significant exterior improvements, including a new main entrance, masonry restoration, new storefront windows and doors, accessibility upgrades, and supporting work for new mechanical and electrical systems.

The result is a completely reimagined space built to support LighthouseTV’s team, production, and future growth. Take a virtual tour of the finished project!

A wonderful evening celebrating culture, connection, and community at Latino Connection Foundation’s 13th Annual Latino Ball!

Members of the JEM Group team were proud to attend alongside friends and community partners from Safe Harbour, Inc. and KMA Design Studio for an evening dedicated to celebrating Pennsylvania’s Latino community and the connections that make our region stronger.

We welcomed architecture students and instructors from Carnegie Mellon University to Woodward Lofts in Harrisburg for a firsthand look at mass timber construction in action.

The visit was part of CMU’s semester-long Mass Timber Studio & Design Competition, giving students the opportunity to explore the full journey from forest to finished building and see how mass timber is being used on projects right here in Pennsylvania.

JEM Superintendent Dustin Stuhre led the group through Woodward Lofts, sharing insight into the project, the construction process and what it takes to bring a mass timber building to life.

The JEM team was proud to participate in this year’s Harrisburg Out of the Darkness Community Walk in support of the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention .

It was especially meaningful to gather at Harrisburg Senators FNB Field, a place our team knows well after recently completing renovations at the stadium, and see it filled with our community coming together for such an important cause.

Since the Harrisburg Walk began in 2008, our community has raised more than $1.6 million to support su***de prevention, education, advocacy and those impacted by su***de. That is the definition of !
