I’m not sure if I should smile or cry. My oldest and dearest friend passed away. Shane Sturtz Shane’s Fight lived a life with health problems from a young age. Despite having health issues he pushed forward. He has a wonderful charismatic son Blake Sturtz whom he shared a life time of knowledge with. Shane loves his son like no other. Shane also met a woman that finally calmed his soul enough to settle down and get married. Brittany Sturtz anyone that knows shane, knows that you loved him with all the energy of the world. The time he got with his wife was short. But in that time he experienced things he never done before.
The world feels a little off balance today. 25 years of phones of “what you doin” will not happen anymore. 25 years of “Hey bro” never to spoken again.
My heart goes out to Blake and Brittany. This is a time where no amount of words can change what has happened. All we can do is look to the sky and that the lord for the length of time that he left Shane bless us with his friendships, his loyalties, his love and his compassion. Not a day will go by with out at least remembering something about Shane.

Creative Yard Designs will be opening back up. We are going to offer fall specials for fall clean up. Also we will be running mulch specials as well like we used to do. Looking for responsible subcontractor for builds in Lancaster, Duaphin, Cumberland, and Franklin counties. Work is remodeling of homes. Floors,subfloors,bathroom and kitchen updates are the primary focus.

Must have own tools and proper knowledge or materials.

Must have a smart phone or camera and laptop

Must have valid drivers license and have vehicle to get to and from jobs.

Must have own tools.

Work is 1099 and paid upon completion
of job. Each job is bid out prior to work.

Fall is moving in fast, so Creative Yard Designs has a list to help you get ready.

1. Final garden harvest.
2. Leaf clean up.
3. Remove dead or almost dead plants from gardens/flower beds.
4. Plant trees and shrubs.
5. Prune existing trees/shrubs.
6. Decks cleaned off and painted/sealed
7. Drive way vegetation removed from cracks
8. Trees/shrubs fertilized
9. Hardscape projects started and completed
10. Drain garden hoses and store for year
11. Clean and store garden tools
12. Winterize lawn equipment.
13. Change air filters in your home
14. Check sump pumps working order
15. Check insulation of windows and doors
16. Clear any exterior water lines
17. Check outside power outlets for damaged or missing weather covers.

One would think updating a business address would be easy peasey....nope! Because of that, we had to create a new page and then merge it with the old! Taa Daa!! Well, not quite!!!! Our past posts and reviews still aren't showing up!!! Ugh!!! 😩😩😩 We haven't given up trying to fix this, so please bear with us!!!!
