The hard stuff is out of the way… now it’s time for the fun part. 🔥

Outside, the crew is hard at work installing the two different siding styles that are really starting to give this addition its final personality. Inside, another team is getting the entire space prepped and ready for brand new floors!

You’ll notice we’re using floor leveler to help ensure everything is smooth, flat, and ready for a quality finished product. Pro tip for any DIYers out there: always feather your seams! It makes all the difference when it’s time for flooring to go down. 👌

This project is really starting to come together now!

We’re taking a quick break from the addition project to show off this AWESOME bathroom transformation 🔨✨

From the demo stage all the way to the final finish, this one came together beautifully. This remodel features a gorgeous standalone shower with a sleek glass door, a built-in tub with a fresh tile surround, brand new revamped cabinetry, his and hers sinks, and tiled floors that really tie the whole space together.

It’s always fun looking back at where a project started compared to where it finished 👀 What’s your favorite part?

This addition project is starting to get to the GOOD parts 👀🔨

We’ve officially started the first coat on the drywall, and the inside is changing fast. It’s amazing how quickly a space starts feeling like home once those walls are finished out.

Outside, we’re also starting to enclose the fascia boards and button up more of the exterior details. Little by little, this project is going from framing and construction to a polished finished addition.

Now comes the fun part — watching all the details start bringing the vision to life. We can’t wait to show you more as this transformation keeps rolling!

This addition project is taking a HUGE step forward 🔨✨

Drywall is officially going up, and wow… what a difference walls make! The great room is really starting to feel like a true finished living space now. After all the framing, beams, insulation, and rough construction work, it’s exciting to finally see everything come together.

Big changes happening on this addition project! 🔨

More walls have come down, the new support beam is in place, and now this great room is REALLY starting to open up. It’s always exciting when you can finally stand back and feel the size and flow of the space come to life.

Insulation is going in now, which means drywall is right around the corner. Get ready… because this is about to start looking less like a construction zone and a lot more like a finished dream space 👀

The connection to the existing home is well underway, the roof is fully complete, and now the windows are going in! 🪟

The garage framing is officially complete—and the roof is on! 🏗️
Now it’s time for one of the most exciting phases: tying this new space into the original home and bringing everything together seamlessly.
