Just finished up this custom staircase and railing install 🔨

This one turned out sharp — double run with a clean landing transition, stained oak treads and posts, and black iron balusters to give it that modern contrast. Everything tied together from the lower level all the way up to the second floor for a consistent, solid look.

Took the extra time to make sure all the spacing, lines, and transitions flowed right — that’s what really makes a staircase stand out.

Big progress on this new build this week! 💪🏽🏡

We wrapped up setting all the trusses, installed the main structural beam, and hand-cut every rafter to tie this roof system together clean and tight. Nothing better than watching a project take shape once the roof framing starts coming together.

Proud of the crew and the craftsmanship going into this home. On to the next phase! 🔨📐
