Free piece of advice for the day: if your lights are flickering or just not working or going out often, it could be due to your bulb choice. Certain led bulbs are notorious for this. Even new and out of the box. I quit using many of them. Ive had multiple calls for light fixtures they say wont work even after changing the bulb. I show up with a regular bulb and what do ya know, it works fine....

I planted a tree for this customer last June. It came with a one year guarantee but died about 7 months after planted. I dug it up for them and picked them up a live oak to replace it. I also trimmed up the other bushes, pulled all the grass out of the flower beds and remulched them! Gotta keep their HOA happy!

This customer needed some paint touch up but none of the paints they had matched. One was close but was a little too light. I cut out a piece of wall for a sample and got it matched perfectly! I aslo repaired the wall perfectly! Doing sheetrock is like a work of art to make match!
