Did you know bearings on a evap Coolers need multiple visits ?And 20 or 30w motor oil not zoom spout oil that they sell in the cooler parts section!Evap coolers bearings procedure! We now offer 2 return trips with every evap cooler start up or installation! When installed, they need a lot of attention multiple bearing lubrications cleanings and pump replacement throughout the summer !

We are now performing a final walk through and inspection within 2 weeks of any installation or major repairs! If you have had a unit installed recently by us and would like to get back on the schedule please give us a call and schedule today we will come check everything from wiring, programming, gas valve adjustment, blower settings,ductwork sizes and seal, drain insulation and more.. On this job, the team removed the AC coil and gave it a thorough cleaning ,capped the gas line for the propane and removed the furnace. Ran a new power wire and breaker,installed electric heat.
