Do you know what really pi**es me off more than anything.

Is a thief and a liar!!! Just like the freaking devil!

With everything I have been through this year, I come to find out someone, has gone through my shop and stole thousands of dollars of tools from me.
Before anyone says anything, I can't prove it. But I also don't believe in coincidences, My tools where in my shop when they were around and now they are gone! When they aren't around anymore. I know for a fact. But when you give your shirt off your back to help them out during the time I was loosing my wife and then find out people have been robbing you blind the hole time just makes me freaking SICK!

IT WASN'T SOMEONE RANDOM, BEFORE ANYONE ASKS.

Because I have lived here for 6.5 years and never had a problem with someone stealing from me until now. Beside it was certain tools. I have too many tools that they could have taken and they could have cleaned me out, but they only took what they knew, would help them build their business or make a living.I guess they thought I had so many tools that I wouldn't ever notice. BUT GUESS WHAT? I DID!
No I did not loan them out to anyone. I know who I loan my stuff to and its only people I trust.

I know who it was and I pray that you never let me find out it was who I know it was because I can promise you there will be HELL to pay.
I work to hard to buy tools to do my job and make a living, but what pi**es me off beside you stealing my tools is, that you also stole from my family because now I have to replace them and that takes money away from my family.

These are the things I know for a fact that are missing.
1. 20" Stihl Chainsaw commercial grade
2. Kobalt Compact 10-in 15-Amp Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Corded Miter Saw
3. DEWALT 120 Volts 3-Amp Corded Variable Random Orbital Sander with Dust Management
4.DEWALT 120 Volts 2.3-Amp Corded Sheet Sander with Dust Management
5. Multiple size canvas paint tarps.
6. Door jigs

This just a few of the things that I know for a fact that are missing from my shop. Not to mention painting supplies, paint brushes, rollers covers, drywall tools, pans, taping knifes.

FYI: I did not mentions any ones name on here. But you know who you are. If the shoes fits wear it. If it doesn't apply to you then don't worry about it.

But I will say that I think that its awful low of you to do what you did during the time I lost my wife. Like I didn't have enough crap going on in my life, and then to learn about this. Thanks for opening my eyes to peoples BS and for being a low life.

Yes people I am freaking pi**ed, and I am now fighting back.

I will also put this out there. I now have locks on my shop and I now have cameras installed. So come steal from me again and I promise, I will press charges.

Good morning, everyone.
I want to take a moment to thank everyone for all the support, love, and prayers over the last 5 years.
Of course, we humans didn't get the prayers we wanted here on earth, but Renee Cooper Francey prayers were answered when she went home to be with Jesus. Renee is completely healed. She is NO longer sick, weak or tired. I'm sure she has taken over all Gods animals and He will allow them in the house....LMBO
I'm sure she is also taking more pictures than she ever thought about taking here on earth.
I'm not going to lie; this has been a very very rough road and journey to be on. All my deepest thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has lost a spouse. May God bring peace and joy back into our lives again. I know this isn't a journey that anyone of us asked for or wanted. But as Renee told me God has great plans for me and He has great plans for you too. We all have to keep the faith in His promise that we will all be reunited again one day. I have to live life for that promise, and I MUST keep the faith.
So, starting today, I'm going to get busy living like she did. It's not going to be easy, but I have to keep moving forward. If I stop to long the devil will try and still my joy and I can't do that.

One of the last things Renee said to me before she stopped talking and before, she died was 1. Don't let the devil, steal your joy. He is a liar and a thief. 2. DON'T LET YOUR BUSINESS FAIL BECAUSE OF ME.

With that being said, I am getting back to work. So, if you need a fence, deck, bathroom, kitchen or full house remodel. And for those that don't know, I started a roofing business in back in January, but I haven't pushed it because Renee was my only priority at the time. Please considering giving me a call. Right now, I have nothing but time so I might as well do something with it.

Thank you to ALL my customers who have waited so patiently for me as I was on this hard-fought journey with Renee Cooper Francey. Now it's time for me to get back after it for my girl. Renee will always be my girl and I will always miss her, and I will always have you in my heart and soul until we are together again.

A customer asked me how much it cost to do this job....
I answered him: $ 1500
He said: So expensive for this job?
I asked: How much do you think it would cost you?
He answers me: $ 800 maximum... That's a pretty simple job right? !"
- For $ 800 I invite you to do it yourself.
- But.... I don't know how to.
- For $800 I'll teach you how to. So besides saving you $700, you'll get the knowledge for the next time you want
- It seemed right to him and he agreed.
- But to get started: you need tools: A welder, grinder, chop saw, drill press, welding hood, gloves etc...
- But I don't have all these equipment and I can't buy all of these for one job.
- Well then for another $300 more I'll rent my stuff to you so you can do it.
- Okay, he says.
- Okay! Tuesday I'm waiting for you to start doing this work
- But I can't on Tuesday I only have time today.
- I'm sorry, but I'm only available Tuesday to teach you and lend you my stuff. Other days are busy with other customers.
- Okay! That means I'm going to have to sacrifice my Tuesday, give up my tasks.
- I forgot. To do your job yourself, you also have to pay for the nonproductive factors.
- That is? What is this?"
- Bureaucratic, tax, vat, security, insurance, fuel etc.
- Oh no!... But to accomplish these tasks, I'm going to spend more money and waste a lot of time!
- Do you have them? You can do it to me before?"
- Okay!
- I'll make you all the material you need. Truck loading is done Monday evening or Tuesday morning you'll have to come by 6 loading the truck. Don't forget to be on time to avoid traffic jams and be on time
- At 6??? Nope! Too early for me! I used to getting up later...
- You know, I've been thinking. Y ' all better get the job done. I'd rather pay you the $1500. If I had to, it wouldn't be perfect and it would cost me a lot more.

When you pay for a job, especially handcrafted, you pay not only for the material used, but also:

- Sacrifices
- Safety and security
- Payment of tax obligations

No one can denigrate other people's work by judging prices.
Only by knowing all the elements necessary for the production of a certain work can you estimate the actual cost.
