Check out our finished project in Burlingame! Swipe through to see the final space, then take it back to where it started during construction.

Daley’s team handled drywall and insulation throughout the project, along with the installation of the AcoustiBuilt® ceilings. One of the standout features is the seating area our team built, complete with curved benches and integrated LED lighting.

It’s always rewarding to see the finished space and all the work that went into bringing it together.

🚧 Project Highlight: Lupina 🚧

This 6-story, 99-unit affordable and supportive housing development is a great example of what we can deliver when our teams and divisions work together.

Beyond prefab, Daley’s scope on Lupina includes drywall, rough carpentry, plaster, acoustical, and insulation. Having so many of our divisions working together on one project makes this one especially exciting for our team.

We’re proud to help bring much needed affordable housing to the San Jose community alongside our partners at Nibbi . We’re excited to see Lupina take shape and showcase the range of work our teams can deliver!

We had a great time at the 7th Annual Marin City Job & Resource Fair!

Daley’s was proud to host a table and connect with graduates of the Golden Gate Village Pre-Apprenticeship Program. It was great meeting everyone, hearing about their experiences, and seeing the skills and certifications they’ve earned as they prepare to take the next step into the workforce.

We’re happy to play a small part in supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople and look forward to seeing where their careers take them.

Yesterday, some of the Daley’s team headed out to Coyote Valley Sporting Clays for a little friendly competition and a lot of fun at the Wall And Ceiling Alliance (WACA) Clay Shooting Event 🎯

🚧 Project Highlight: Java TI 🚧

The finish line is coming into view in at this office space in Sunnyvale. Daley’s crews are putting the finishing touches on the upper floors while continuing work on the ground floor, where the reception area, meeting centers, and cafeteria are taking shape.

It’s exciting to see our insulation, drywall and framing work come together across the building and watch each space move closer to completion. We’re looking forward to sharing the final photos and showing off some of the unique details and features that make this project stand out!

Nothing like ending the summer with a few days on the river 🎣

The Daley’s, MassFrame Solutions, and GCI General Contractors crew headed to Forresters Bighorn River in Montana for a well deserved fishing trip and some time to unwind away from the day to day.

There’s something about getting out on the water that makes it easy to decompress, catch up, and build the kind of relationships that carry back to the work we do together.

A big thank you to Tom Southam, Jeff Seacrist, Jesse Swafford, John Abraham, and Robert Richmond at GCI for joining us and making it such a memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
