We’re happy to share that Daley’s has earned the Acrisure Safety Excellence Award for the third year in a row 🦺

Our Safety team has worked hard to maintain a consistently low injury rate, with our safety numbers continuing to improve year after year.

Thank you to our Safety department and our field crews for staying committed to the strong safety legacy we’ve built at Daley’s. This recognition is a reflection of everyone’s dedication to making sure our teams get home safely every day!

Congratulations to Karel Bos on his retirement! 🎉

After 17 years with Daley’s, we’re celebrating Karel and everything he has brought to our team. As our Acoustical Superintendent, Karel has helped build and grow our ACT department into what it is today. His knowledge, dedication, and hard work have made such an impact on Daley’s.

Karel has been a bright light both in the office and out in the field. His presence, sense of humor, and willingness to help others will definitely be missed!

Thank you to everyone at Daley’s, Karel’s family, and members of his crew, past and present, who came out to celebrate with us at his retirement lunch yesterday. It was a great afternoon honoring someone who has been such an important part of our company.

Cheers to you and a very happy retirement, Karel! We wish you all the best in this next chapter. Enjoy the slower pace, plenty of time outdoors, and hopefully lots of fishing🎣

🚧 Project Highlight: Larkin Pine Housing 🚧

These before and after photos show the transformation of the interior spaces as Daley’s worked through a phased renovation that brought new life to the building. Completing the work in phases helped minimize disruption and kept housing available to residents throughout construction.

Our scope included metal framing, drywall, insulation, soffits, weatherproofing, and rough carpentry, with a focus on restoration standards throughout the project.

D+H Construction has been great to work with, and we appreciate their collaboration and coordination throughout each phase of construction.

It’s rewarding to see the finished apartments and know our work helped create comfortable, refreshed spaces for the residents who call Larkin Pine home.

Daley’s crews are keeping things moving as we work through the final stages of our scope.

It’s exciting to see the space coming together, and we’re looking forward to putting the finishing touches on another office environment for another Bay Area company.

Did you know Daley’s has certified rigging crews? 🏗️

Many of our team members have completed extensive rigging training through the Union, giving them the skills to safely lift and set prefabricated wall panels into place. We’re proud of the training they’ve received and grateful to our Union partners for helping develop a highly skilled workforce.

Combined with our prefabrication capabilities, rigging allows us to offer clients more options for their building envelope while helping projects move more efficiently. It’s just another tool in our arsenal that allows us to deliver smarter, more versatile solutions on the jobsite.

Last week, we wrapped up the quarter with a Daley’s barbecue 🥩☀️

Our office team and Foremen stepped away from the day to day for some good food and sunny weather. It was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of the work environment and celebrate all the hard work that went into another successful quarter.

🚧 Project Highlight: Nudge TI 🚧

Building healthcare environments requires precision, collaboration, and the ability to tackle unique construction challenges.

At the Nudge TI medical office project in San Francisco, our team helped deliver one of the first MRI suites on the West Coast to be constructed on an upper floor rather than at ground level or below grade. Located on the sixth floor, the space required specialized structural coordination and a room within a room assembly, including metal framing, drywall, plywood, insulation, T-Bar ceilings, and other critical components to support the highly specialized environment.

Thank you to our partner, XL Construction, for the opportunity to be part of this innovative healthcare project. We’re proud to contribute to spaces that support the future of patient care!
