Let's take a jump back to April! When we completed this full driveway and drainage improvement project to correct existing erosion and runoff issues. The project began with removal of rocks, stumps, and debris throughout the work area. We then brought in fill material and properly graded the area to establish correct drainage flow away from the driveway.

After grading, loam was installed, followed by seed and straw to promote new grass growth and stabilize disturbed soil areas. We also delivered and spread 3/8” hardpack on the driveway surface, then fine graded and compacted it for a smooth, properly sloped finish.

To help prevent future washouts and limit driveway erosion — which had been a major issue previously — we installed a drainage catch area with drainage stone to better manage water runoff and improve long-term drainage performance.
