A few years ago, TEAM DDS® began construction on Central Ohio Periodontics in Worthington. This beautiful office is nestled along the edge of the ravines with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the wooded landscape of the Olentangy River. Construction was put on hold, but we’re excited to be back on site and ready to bring this project across the finish line!

This 3,490 SF interior alteration will feature:
• 6 private operatories
• Double sterilization
• Dedicated lab
• Large staff breakroom
• 2 consult rooms
• Ample office space
• Large waiting and business area

We’re thrilled to pick up where we left off and watch this beautiful space come to life. Sometimes projects take an unexpected pause—but when it’s time to get back to building, TEAM DDS will be there.

TEAM DDS® is excited to announce the promotion of Zach Boggs to Project Manager / Pre-Construction!

Zach has been part of the TEAM DDS family for the past 2½ years, serving as a Superintendent and gaining valuable hands-on experience with our projects, clients, and construction processes.

Before joining TEAM DDS, Zach owned and operated a family construction, drainage, and erosion-control business, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, employees, site supervisors, and inspections across a variety of residential construction projects. That experience gave him a strong foundation in construction coordination, project management, and the many details required to keep a project moving successfully.

Now, Zach is bringing that experience—and the knowledge he has gained during his time with TEAM DDS—to a new role focused on Project Management / Pre-Construction.

His understanding of both the field side and client side of construction makes him a valuable addition to our project management team, and we’re excited to see him continue to grow in this role.

With 35 years of construction experience, David brings an impressive breadth of knowledge to TEAM DDS, along with the unique perspective of having owned and operated a cabinet manufacturing company. His experience spans medical facilities, schools, offices, hotels, and multi-story ground-up construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of construction and project delivery.

David also brings specialized training in client care, quality control, and construction delivery methods, further strengthening the expertise behind every TEAM DDS project, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering quality projects with the attention to detail our clients deserve and expect.

It’s normal for children to be self-critical from time to time, but when “I’m not good enough” or “I can’t do anything right” becomes a regular pattern, it’s important to step in with encouragement. TEAM DDS® recently completed an interior alteration for Dr. Grill of Northwest Family Dental - Marysville, creating a new Marysville location within an existing 7,800-square-foot multi-tenant building. The 2,040-square-foot practice features six operatories, imaging, lab space, and a pass-through sterilization area, along with a cozy waiting area and efficient business and office spaces. Designed to maximize every square foot, this new location provides Northwest Family Dental with a comfortable, functional space to continue growing and serving its patients.
