Thin Blue Line Plumbing and Heating – Temporary Closure Notice

Hey friends and customers!
Just a quick heads-up: Thin Blue Line Plumbing and Heating will be closed Friday, August 21 through Monday, August 24.

We’ll be up north in Pittsburg, NH camping with the family for the weekend.
We’ll be back open and ready to serve you on Tuesday, August 25.

Thank you, Paul, for entrusting your home to Thin Blue Line Plumbing and Heating!

Paul’s Bradford White water heater (installed by another company just 3 years ago) was already starting to leak. Rather than go back to the original installer for a warranty replacement, he chose to start fresh with a brand-new State ProLine Commercial Grade water heater — resetting the 6-year warranty and giving him peace of mind for years to come.

While we were there we also:

• Installed a drain pan under the new heater to protect the finished basement from any future water damage
• Replaced the failing mixing valve
• Kept the existing expansion tank and ball valve to save Paul some money on the job

We’ve been busy putting the finishing touches on the plumbing for a beautiful full-house remodel in Newfields.

From the fixtures and trim-outs to the final connections — everything is dialed in and almost ready for the homeowners to enjoy their newly transformed space. It’s always rewarding to be part of a project that turns a house into a home.

There are few things I love more than rolling up to a customer’s home, fixing what’s broken… and leaving them better than I found them — not just in their plumbing, but in their spirit.

Before & After 🔧

Old oil boiler out, new Weil-McLain boiler and Custom Comfort indirect water heater in.

The old unit had years of service behind it, but it was time for an upgrade. We pulled the old boiler, set the new one, piped the indirect, connected the oil line, handled the venting and wiring, then fully purged the system.

She’s up and running strong.

Another solid job completed with my buddy Randy at RLD Heating & Cooling.

✅ Before & After Water Upgrade in Candia ✅

Back in April we repiped this existing sediment filter setup and installed a full bypass for better serviceability. Today, after the customer had her water tested, we returned to install a new 48K Water Softener with WS1MTRX valve.

The system was designed based on her Nelson Analytical water test results. We tied into the existing 3/4” copper supply line, set up the softener and brine tank, and left everything clean and ready to go. Huge improvement in both water quality and system organization!

🚧 Temporary Closure Notice 🚧

Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

Thin Blue Line Plumbing and Heating LLC will be closed Friday, July 10th through Monday, July 13th as we head up to Pittsburg, NH for a family camping trip to celebrate my birthday!

We’ll be making some great memories at Lake Francis State Park with Mellisa, the kids, and our dog Zeppelin. Family time like this keeps us grounded and refreshed to serve you better.

Hot Work in the Heat for Family 🔥💪

Yesterday hit 101° and felt even hotter in the trench, but when family calls with a problem, we figure it out.

My sister-in-law’s septic line got crushed by heavy landscaping equipment, creating a belly in the old 50-year-old cast iron and causing a nasty clog. So we replaced the entire exterior run from the house footing to the tank with new Schedule 40 PVC, added a double cleanout for easy future snaking, and properly bedded everything in crushed stone.

The old pipe is gone, the new line is flowing perfectly, and they’re set for the long haul. Family takes care of family.

Proud to get it done right, even when it’s not pretty work.
