Back in 2019 we bought this house for $15,000. People were putting in offers to knock it down. After completely renovating it on the interior, we have lived in it since 2020, however this years project was a backyard transformation. Pictured are images I took of the property the day we closed on it compared to today. New door with internal blinds, composite deck, colored, stamped concrete, new fire pit area, larch fence and of course a hot tub to top it off!
