We can provide our customers with product warranties for labor and material customized to our client’s interest. When researching your next roofing project, ask the contractor what type of warranty is available. Sky Roofing offers 10, 15 and 20-year manufacturer warranties based on the product installation. Sky Roofing, a company committed to quality, will customize a roof layover or tear off package to fit your company’s needs. Quality Control - Sky Roofing provides written proposals to ensure the scope of work, type of warranty if applicable. Both parties (Sky Roofing and our customer) must fully agree on the service in order to ensure our clients receive the most appropriate service for their roofing needs. Our employees will strive to install the best roof possible with customer care in mind. A Manufacturers' roof system warranties are available in 10, 15, and even up to 30 years covering materials and labor depending on the roofing project. On all Manufactured warranted project; the manufacture (a third party or roofing manufacturer) representative inspects completed roofing projects to ensure quality control. The manufacturer will not issue a warranty until the roof has passed inspection.
