Applying a spring pre-emergent is more efficient than manual w**ding all summer. Consider allowing us to assist with this process. Dear Valued Customers, Past, Present, and Future, We are pleased to announce that we are now open for the season and would like to inform you of our revised pricing structure. Historically, our prices have reflected the comprehensive nature of our service, which includes revisiting and spot-treating trouble areas, as well as addressing invasive w**ds. However, our experience has shown that the majority of our customers have not required additional treatments beyond the initial service. In light of this, we have adopted an à la carte pricing model, designed to make our services more affordable for most of our customers. Our new pricing structure features a one-time broadcast treatment fee of $0.03 per square foot of treatable area, with a minimum charge of $100. For customers who require additional spot treatments for persistent w**ds, we will offer these services at a significantly reduced rate. Treatment for invasive w**ds, which affects a minority of our customers, will be provided at an additional fee. We anticipate that this change will not only attract new customers but also benefit our existing clients by reducing overall costs, which we will pass on to you.

End of Season Announcement – 79 Days Left! 🚨

As the 2025 season winds down, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up: we will be closing for the year on October 1st, 2025.

I will continue to do retreats into October, as long as they’re scheduled before September 26th – so don’t wait too long to get on the books!

✅ Contract B will only be available for 2 more weeks.

In August –we’ll be offering a discounted one-time spray as well as contract A (one broadcast and one retreat by request)

All sprays include a pre-emergent, which helps prevent seed germination and leads to minimal w**d growth through the rest of the year. It can even help reduce w**d issues in spring 2026!
