Born and raised in Cañon City, as were his parents, Jaxson has deep roots in the community and a lifelong appreciation for the area. His passion for design began during a drafting class at Florence Jr./Sr. High School , where he loved the process of bringing ideas to life from scratch. That led to a high school internship with 3 Rocks, an experience that inspired him to return. After spending this past summer as a paid intern, he officially joined our team full-time.
Jaxson is grounded by hard-working, supportive parents, an older brother serving in the Air Force, and a younger sister in the fourth grade. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time with his girlfriend, Taylor—whether they are heading out for weekend adventures or relaxing at home with a movie during the week.
Never underestimate the power of a high school internship (shoutout to the P a I C E - P r o g r a m)! Jaxson’s path proves that when young talent gets hands-on experience early, it can launch a whole career. We’re thrilled to officially keep him on board full-time! 🎉🌟
