Complete renovation of the baseball and softball fields at Bow High School. Mother Nature gave us some curve balls but we got it done with a great team effort over the last 2 weeks. Thanks Matt, Andy, Lucas, John, Luke and Jake for the drone shots.

Somehow we have rolled into August already?!! Here is a project we completed back in June! Converted a backyard fire pit area into expanded living space for gathering, entertaining, cooking and watching TV all outdoors while staying dry on those rainy weather days! The Langston Outdoor Range kit comes complete with a 5 year warranty SS grill, pizza oven and refrigerator. Built in sink, plenty of outdoor cabinet and storage space with pull out trash can and outlets too! Great investment for expanding your living space to make the best of all seasons outdoors! Patio pavers in Ideal Stonecleft Oxford Grey, Brookstone pavers to accent area around ScapeStone fire pit with graphite coping and retaining wall in Quarry Blend. Awesome job by our MDM crew 🙌

Front entrance transformation! Removed previous wood walkways, concrete pads, stairs and installed Ideal Andover Collection Smooth in Oxford Grey with Quarry Blend Border, Ledge Lights on Ideal Quarry Blend Wall with Coping, Incrediball Hydrangeas for foundation plantings, ornamental Dogwood tree, some of my favorite Catmint and PJ Catmints for deer resistant summer blooms and color, Lime Heuchara, along with grasses and repurposed plantings with a large Rhodie save for some privacy screening around the new grill cooking area. And the final cover up of that candy cane with a faux septic vent👌Amazing work with our team that all pitched in at different times along the way with Lucas & Matt! Andy, Bingy, John, Koen and me😁(enjoyed working on the plantings here and working with the home owners throughout the project)! Well when we flipped the calendar to May 1st, I wanted to share how MDM was doing kicking off the spring season…now finally having a chance to do it!! Our hard working crew saw multiple dark early mornings working on commercial parking lot sweeps after our ❄️ season! As the days kept on rolling, many sunrises, sunsets and not enough time in the day was our challenge along with Mother Nature ☔️🌨️🌞Spring clean ups, mulch installs, commercial mowing, hardscape, hydroseed, material deliveries and estimates are all in the works!
Our seasonal workers have returned from their first year at college, welcome back Luke & Koen, one of our own has completed his RN licensing and has been recognized by his 🏈team as well Congrats Jacob, and Matt & I have closed on two lots in Sutton and plan to build our next real estate sale! Thank you to our awesome year round crew who supports MDM & McKerley Properties daily making it all happen together Andy, Bingy, David, Jeff, John, Lucas & Steph🙌💪
