No shortage of rot on this one! We took on a structural project where the building was settling and supporting beams were failing. The fix was designed by a hired engineer. We installed helix pylons, supported the building and then the chase to fix more rot than I have ever seen in my career at one location was on. Glad this one is behind us.

Small remodel we have going on in Tilton.
Started out removing panels. And ended up gutting the first floor due to multiple layers of wall paper We upgraded all the electrical on the first floor. New blown in insulation and new drywall. Once the new kitchen is delivered. I will update with some better before and after pictures.
