“Septic evaluator” and “septic inspector” are often used interchangeably — and yes, they mean essentially the same thing.

At EDR & Family Septic Inspections, Dan is a licensed septic evaluator, which means he performs detailed septic system evaluations to assess how a system is functioning at the time of inspection.

This includes:
✔️ Locating system components
✔️ Checking tank condition
✔️ Evaluating flow and operation
✔️ Inspecting distribution and field conditions when accessible
✔️ Providing clear, unbiased findings
