SNOW POTENTIAL UPDATE❄️
An arctic cold front will blast through north Georgia on Thursday (5 days from now.) Confidence is high in the cold air reaching north Georgia. Confidence is lower in the snow potential, but here is how things may play out.
➡️PRECIPITATION TYPE: Rain showers to snow showers. Precipitation looks generally light.
➡️SNOWFALL COVERAGE: Scattered flurries or snow showers possible. Highest chance across the mountains.
➡️ACCUMULATION: Specific numbers are not reliable at this forecast range... but for the snow fans, this doesn't look to be a big snow maker at this point. Mainly flakes in the air with not much sticking.
➡️UNCERTAINTY: 5 days to go... that is still a lot of time in the world of forecasting. A lot can change. Stay tuned for updates.
