Second floor Deck and Sunroom addition. I did all the framing, with string lines and levels. No laser was given to me by my boss. When the deck was on, it turned out just almost level with the correct amount of slope. (He was amazed, lol) This is in Luna Peir, a pretty nice little lakeside community. I'm kinda proud of this one.

Average apartment unit turn, back when I was working as a maintenance man. New flooring, Trim, Electrical outlets, Countertops, sink, faucet, rangehood, usually had to repair the stove, and the cabinet handles.... They were big on those!
