Kyle P. has been a valued part of the Pioneer family since 2005, when he started with us as a laborer. Over the years, he’s worked his way up to become an Inspector/Sales professional and more importantly, a respected leader and mentor to those around him.

Kyle says his favorite part of working at Pioneer is the integrity and reputation we’ve built as a company, along with the opportunity to help others. His dedication, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way truly sets the bar high for our team. Meet Micayla, our Treasurer & Controller! Micayla has been a valued part of the Pioneer Basement Solutions team for 9 years. As the granddaughter of the founder, who started the company in 1979, she's proud to continue her family's legacy. Today, Pioneer remains family-owned and operated, and we're grateful to have Micayla as part of the team!

Her favorite part of the job? "Working with my friends everyday and that my dogs come to work with me."
