Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her son Gage and daughter Jada! She can also be found paddleboarding, listening to live music, singing, attending concerts, hiking and hanging out with friends and family. She also bartends for fun on the weekends at Henmick farm and brewery.

Please join us in welcoming McKenna Cooper to Hilscher-Clarke! McKenna recently joined our Estimating team as a Project Cost Change Estimator! She is a 2025 Dover High School and Buckeye Career Center graduate, and is excited to be a part of the team.

In her free time, McKenna likes to watch tv shows and movies, in addition to playing video games with friends. She also enjoys spending time with family and her two dogs, Tanner and Holly. During the warmer months, her favorite hobbies include fishing with her Mom and four wheeling in West Virginia with her cousin.
