🚧 NOW HIRING — EXPERIENCED MACHINE OPERATOR / CREW LEADER
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator / Crew Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows excavation, grading, backfill, footers, and septic work and can take responsibility for getting the job done safely and correctly.
🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Operate a mini excavator and other construction equipment
● Serve as the Crew Leader and oversee the jobsite and crew
● Be responsible for the work truck, equipment, and tools
● Perform and oversee backfill and final grading
● Experience with footers and septic systems is a plus
● Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
● Take responsibility for jobsite safety and daily oversight
● Make responsible decisions in the field and solve problems as they arise
● Lead by example and communicate effectively with the crew
● Keep equipment, tools, and truck properly maintained and organized
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE with:
● Backfill
● Final grade
● Mini excavator operation
● General excavation and sitework
Additional requirements:
● Clean driving record
● Strong time management skills
● Ability to lead a crew and keep work moving efficiently
● Able to take constructive criticism and use it to improve
● Dependable, responsible, and safety-minded
● Able to make good decisions independently while on the job

Pay is based on experience and skill level.
