Last week, we held our 2025 Annual Associate Meeting at Gillette Stadium! It is not often we get all of our associates that live all over New England (and beyond) under the same roof, sharing the same mission together as one team. Our associates heard from key speakers on many initiatives and milestones throughout 2024 and the many goals set for 2025. As always, plenty of laughs were had and it's great to see associates come together that may not have seen each other since the last job worked together. It is evident our associates enjoy getting together at the meeting, there were a lot of giveaways and raffles to enjoy as well.

We are looking forward to growing into our mission as One Team as 2025 progresses!

🎄Our 2023 Holiday Party was a success! It was our second year hosting our party at Trillium Brewing Company in Canton, MA and we have such a great time! We hosted over 100 of our associates to food, drinks, raffles and more.
Our associates live all over New England and it's always a pleasure to be able to get everyone in the same place to celebrate a great year.
PEC is wishing you a happy, healthy and safe Holiday Season!

In the spirit of giving, PEC was able to donate a generous amount of canned goods and food donations that went directly to Canton Food Pantryto assist our local community this holiday season. Thank you to all of our associates who donated!
PEC was also able to sponsor TWO families this Christmas season through the great organization My Brother's Keeper. We are still accepting new toy donations through the middle of this month for regular toy drop-off!
We are so proud to be able to support our community, and we appreciate everyone who helps us with that mission.

Congratulations to our SPARK award winners for November! It was a great month for nominations. We are proud of our PEC Family!

See below for a snippet of what it takes to become a SPARK:
“Chris is a fairly new hire, that has quickly established himself as a guy that can be counted on. Chris showed up day one and introduced himself to myself and the foremen, he explained his experience level. Chris was also my go-to guy for working off-hours in the mornings and afternoons with the elevator operators and continues to work Saturday OT, despite being recently placed on another job. Chris could be nominated for any one of PECs core values.”

Congratulations to Joe Lopes, who won our 2023 Spark of the Year Award. Joe was recognized by his peers numerous times over the last year for displaying our core values. Joe is a stand up guy and someone PEC is proud to say is one of our own. Joe is certainly a huge SPARK to our success. Below is a snippet of what Joe was nominated for:

"Joe has done nothing but help out his fellow co-workers. He helps out new associates on their first day in the trades by pointing them in the right direction or staying late to help a co-worker in need. He’s always been the first one on the job site to start the generator so the tools get charged and the trailer is warm. I’m sure he does countless other things that we are not even aware of. At the beginning of the week, we all look forward to Donut Monday, he’ll bring in 1 or 2 dozen donuts for the crew! If you ask Joe for any material, or if a truck needs to be loaded or unloaded, he’s there on time and ready to go! He is the man with the plan on where he should stack it or stage it for easy access for later on in the job. Joe is definitely a giver and he’s a great teammate for this company."

Last Thursday, PEC hosted another Associate Appreciation Event featuring the Red Wing Shoes Boot Truck. Each field and service associate received a voucher for a new pair of boots! We also had a lot of our vendors/reps/distributers on site with demos, displays, prizes and giveaways for our staff! Shoutout to Thyme Traveling Food Truck, The Beer Mobile & it's 2 cool In Canton Rentals for helping with this event! Huge thank you to our vendors/reps that came to the event as well.

PEC's goal is to "make our customer's lives easier and our associate's lives better." We are proud to be able to offer events multiple times a year to our field staff as a great ' thank you ' for all of their hard work in the elements, overnights, and working away from home. We would not be able to be PEC without our great associates. We appreciate you every day!
