The Greenwood County Administration Building is undergoing an important restoration, and we are proud to be part of the team bringing new life and long-term protection to this project.

Working alongside Reeves.Young, our scope includes installation of a new drainage EIFS system, along with Sto Corp DEF System for soffits and recoat work.

These specialized exterior systems are designed to enhance performance while restoring the building’s appearance and protecting it for years to come. 👏🏗️

The application of EIFS is underway on 526 South Church Street in Charlotte, NC. This project, with Balfour Beatty US, is the conversion of an existing office building into residential units and the addition of around 55,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. It will be a great addition to the city!
