What a great few days out on the water, off the beautiful Louisiana coast, supporting Entergy's Annual Watt-a-Catch Fishing Rodeo - we're even taking back a 3rd and 5th finish this year!

Supporting events like Watt-a-Catch and the Power to Care aligns with our commitment to the communities and partners we serve. It was an honor to be part of such a well-organized event where utility professionals come together and not only have a great time but support an important cause in the community. We’re grateful to Entergy for hosting another outstanding rodeo - until next year!

As America gets ready to celebrate its 250th birthday, we are reminded that the strength of our nation has always come from those willing to serve something greater than themselves. For two and a half centuries, generations of heroes have answered the call; let’s honor and thank them this Memorial Day, while pausing to reflect with gratitude on their bravery and service to our great nation. Our freedoms are only possible because of their ultimate sacrifice.

B&B was proud to serve as a Premier Sponsor at Entergy Mississippi's Power to Care Golf Tournament today in Flowood, MS!

We had a fantastic time on the course connecting with great people and supporting an even greater cause.

Power to Care is such an impactful program because it:

• Provides bill payment assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Helps families facing financial hardships keep their power on
• Is funded by customer, employee, and community donations—staying local to help local
• Partners with community action agencies to ensure funds reach those who need it most

We’re grateful to be part of an effort that truly makes a difference in the communities we serve. Looking forward to next year!

Congrats Anthony - way to represent the B&B team!

Today, we're highlighting Anthony Hidalgo for Lineman Appreciation Week from our B&B team for his outstanding leadership and dedication. As a Journeyman Lineman working for Entergy’s baseload group, Anthony leads by example every day - helping guide his crew in construction operations, showing up on time, and upholding our core values of safety, quality, integrity and professionalism.

With 8 years of overhead distribution experience, Anthony takes pride in sharing his knowledge and mentoring the next generation of lineworkers coming up behind him.

Anthony has also recently taken on an exciting new role - becoming the proud father of a beautiful week-old baby girl. Balancing fatherhood and leadership in the field speaks volumes about his character and commitment.

Last month, our team at B&B Electrical was proud to participate in the East Mississippi Electric Power Association's Charity Clay Shoot titled "Shoot for a Cure," partnering with EMEPA’s Northern Construction crew for a fun day of networking and friendly competition.

A BIG congrats to our very own Dexter Smothers on being awarded Entergy’s prestigious Frontline Leader Safety Award!

With 17 years in the utility construction field, (13 of those with B&B), Dexter exemplifies what true leadership looks like. From his early days on substation crews to his role today as a Substation Lead Journeyman, Dexter’s expertise and unwavering commitment to safety have made him a trusted resource across countless projects.
