Free Onsite Installation: No having your lawn tore up by trucks, or taking down fence panels to accommodate delivery. We carry all materials to the builds site. 1 day build for most sizes. 2 day on the larger sizes. Custom sizes could stretch to 3 days depending on size.

Block Footings: Leveled on solid concrete block footings to avoid contact with the ground.

Sturdy Floors: Standard 2x6 Pressure Treated floor joists. 16" OC. Standard 3/4 inch Plywood Flooring, as opposed to competitor use of 2x4 and 1/2 inch ply, then charging extra for the upgrade.

2x4 Wall construction, 24 inch OC.

Locking Door handle.

Smart side Wall Panels: Base color is a Primed tan, ready to be painted if requested. Treated for a 50 year manufacturers warranty.

Architectural Shingles: Five popular colors to choose from. 30 year manufacturers warranty.

Standard 4 inch roof overhang.

Trim: Maintenance free White PVC Trim Board. They never rot, and never need painted.

Each shed is priced standard with 2 windows, 1- 4 ft double door, or 3 ft single door on smaller sheds. 5 ft double door is available, and additional doors or windows are no problem.

Can also order a workbench, loft or heavy duty ramp for the door.

16 standard sizes available, custom sizes can be scheduled as well.
