This lanai had been coated less than a year ago, the company sold her an epoxy floor with flake. After our walk through it was clear to see that the floor was coated with an outdoor sealer with little to no prep work done before hand.

After a full grind and crack repair, we installed this beautiful creekbed flake with our 3 step system to ensure that this floor will last a lifetime!
