Tech note from today’s service call:
Customer reported: “AC not cooling properly.”
Diagnosis:
• Compressor: fine
• Capacitor: good
• Wiring: intact
• Bonus feature: one crispy lizard who chose the absolute worst Airbnb
Turns out he tried to upgrade to central air and got upgraded straight to “part of the equipment.”
Moral of the story: if you’re a lizard, stay out of the control board. If you’re a homeowner, maybe don’t skip those maintenance checks—your HVAC isn’t supposed to have wildlife add-ons.
Rest easy, little guy. You really gave it your all… just not the right voltage
