Young's Electrical Contracting is looking to fill an immediate opening for EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade and remodel commercial and residential properties according to the NEC
- Work independently from a company vehicle
- Use software on company device to receive and provide job information
Core Competencies:
- Ability to complete jobs efficiently and pass all inspections
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical problems
- Ability to provide all necessary information for job completion and invoicing
Job Qualifications:
- Dependability
- Ability to clearly communicate in English
- Knowledge of the NEC, trade school and/or electrical license is preferred
- At least four years of electrical field and service experience
- Must be available for overtime as needed and occasional "on call" work in rotation with other service team members
- Must have a professional appearance and work ethic
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Must own personal hand tools for use on the job
- Must confirm the ability to push, pull, crawl, dig, squat, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb and work on ladders, work in high and small spaces and fulfill all other job requirements as necessary
