A successful addition to an existing structure can be challenging without proper planning, attention to detail, and the right trade partners.

This project has finally come together and looks like it was always meant to be here. From matching the existing architectural and structural details to having the right guys on site, this project has been a success all around.

Our clients are incredibly excited to see their vision come to life, and soon they’ll be able to start enjoying all that additional storage!

Yahweh Magen — God Is My Shield

God first gives Himself this title in Scripture when speaking to Abram:

“Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield.”
— Genesis 15:1

To shield means to protect. When we are stressed, anxious, or afraid, God is not distant from us. He is our protection.

God is a barrier of protection,a safe place where we can find rest, peace, and hope. When life gets hard, don’t run from God. Run straight toward your Shield.

Pastor Louie Giglio said, “God leads us. He protects us. He guides us and cleans us and watches over us. He isn’t a distant God.”

No matter how anxious or fearful you may feel today, remember this: God is your Shield. You don’t have to face what is ahead alone. He is with you, protecting you, strengthening you, and giving you hope.

So when fear rises, run to your Shield.
When anxiety overwhelms you, rest in your Shield.
When you feel weak, find strength in your Shield.

“But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.”

Not bad for 30 days since start of construction😊👷🏼‍♂️👊🏻

Can’t wait for next week to see this house really start to take shape inside!

From footer dig to clients moved in we were just over 6 1/2 months of construction. We’re extremely proud of the finished product and grateful for the clients trusting us to bring their dream to reality. At over 6200 sq ft this red iron Barndominium is definitely a head turner

Temptation

Temptation is something we all face, and if we’re not careful, it can lead us away from God’s best for our lives. But we aren’t left to fight it alone.

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” — 1 Corinthians 10:13

What an encouraging promise! God isn’t surprised by our temptations. Every person experiences them, and He understands our struggles. More importantly, He promises to be faithful. He will never allow us to face a temptation without also providing the strength to endure it and a way to escape it.

The key is not relying on our own willpower but depending on God’s strength. When temptation comes, don’t run from God because of shame, run to Him. Spend time in prayer, stay in His Word, and ask Him for the strength to choose obedience. The closer we draw to God, the easier it becomes to recognize the way out He has already provided.

Temptation may be inevitable, but through Christ, it never has to be victorious.

El Kannah-The Jealous God

The world today is so loud. Everywhere we turn there is something competing for our attention.

It’s amazing how quickly those distractions can push God lower on our list of priorities. But God is El Kannah: the Jealous God.

“Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.” — Exodus 34:14

When we hear the word jealous, we often think of it as something negative. But God’s jealousy is completely different. It is a holy jealousy, rooted in perfect love. He isn’t jealous because He is insecure; He is jealous because He loves us deeply and knows that nothing else can truly satisfy our hearts. He desires a relationship with us, not just a place somewhere in our busy schedules.

We often talk about how much we can’t wait to spend eternity with God, yet we sometimes struggle to spend even a few quiet moments with Him each day. If we truly desire to know Him, we have to intentionally make room for Him. The distractions of this world will always be there, but the more we choose His presence, the more we discover that it is far better than anything competing for our attention.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.” — Luke 10:27
