One year ago this home was lost in the Altadena fire. Today, we’re pouring slabs and pushing this rebuild forward in record time.

It’s been a long road from cleanup to foundation, but seeing concrete go down on the anniversary of when it burned hits different. Progress like this isn’t just about schedules and inspections — it’s about rebuilding stronger, safer, and better than before.

Proud of our crew for the long days, tight coordination, and commitment to getting this house back on its feet. This is what moving forward looks like.

We had a great visit with the team at in Irvine, checking out their 3D virtual walkthrough technology and how it can help bring major preconstruction value to the ICF industry.

Frank Gordon from joined us and was equally impressed by the experience — this tech makes it easier than ever to visualize, adjust, and save before construction even starts.
