Congratulations to my friend, Dennis Decker, on his retirement from EMCO after an incredible 35 years of service.
Dennis was much more than our Director of Plant Operations — he was our leader on the shop floor, a true patriot, one of the hardest-working men I’ve ever had the privilege to work alongside, and most importantly, a friend.
I’ve always looked up to Dennis and had tremendous respect for the way he led by example, cared about his people, and simply got the job done. Thirty-five years is an incredible accomplishment, and EMCO will certainly not be the same without him.
Congratulations, Dennis. You’ve earned this next chapter. Thank you for everything you’ve given to EMCO and to all of us along the way.
