Before and after pictures of a complete soffit and facia remodel for existing porch by the team and I B&L Renovations LLC… the old awning caused water damage to the soffit because when it was installed the screws, they installed it with they didn’t seal them the right way so every time it rained water was leaking in there soffit/ fascia and by how rotten away, we caught it just in time, i was surprised it pulled away from porch roof over 1 nd 1/2 inches from the house 🏠!!! Well the homeowner called us at the perfect time because we caught it and fixed it just in time before it caused the whole porch/roof to collapse!!! Another beautiful job completed ☑️ by the crew and I at B&L Renovations LLC. The previous homeowner, prior to the current one we completed the work for, failed to properly finish the roof and neglected to install necessary gutters, resulting in leaks. Consequently, we removed three layers of architectural shingles, replaced eight pieces of plywood, installed felt paper as a water barrier, and applied ice and water shields around the edges and at the beginning of the new roof we started!!! Following the repair of damaged rafters and plywood, we installed six square of architectural shingles and a necessary 18ft x 4ft gutter to prevent future leaks. Halfway through a roofing project, the absence of a gutter system has necessitated the removal of six squares of architectural shingles due to resultant water damage. This oversight has not only affected the exterior but also caused interior damage. A properly installed gutter system would have prevented this issue. Here are a couple of jobs I've recently completed in preparation for my upcoming major roofing project. One particular job was quite challenging due to the unconventional installation of the main water shutoff on the exterior of the homeowner's house. I had not encountered this before, and the constant freezing issue necessitated my intervention. To resolve the problem, I accessed the wall from the outside, added insulation, and implemented the necessary repairs. For other homeowners, I undertook various tasks, including the removal and installation of a new dishwasher, replacing an old hollow door with a new solid core door, and removing existing glass shower doors to install a shower curtain as per the homeowner's request. Happy Veterans Day 🇺🇸 from the crew and I B&L Renovations LLC… just finishing up doing a nice 👍 electrical job, We had to rip down existing bathroom ceiling, frame in a whole new ceiling and install a brand new exhaust fan/light for proper ventilation for the bathroom, the bathroom is now properly ventilated because is was collecting moisture!!! We had to hang multiple lights and run multiple wires for the lights, switches and the outlets!!! I’ll post final before and after pictures once we are done ✅ with the job… all that’s left is hanging crown molding, some touch ups and installing a screen door!!! Before and after pictures of the job the crew just completed B&L Renovations LLC!!! We had to tear down the T1-11 back wall 32ftx8ft on there back side of there house… We remove all of the water damaged insulation and sill plate that had nothing left to it and literally was crumbling apart!!! We then installed a new pressure treated sill plate 32ft in length and framed in the new sill plate to the existing 2x4’s remaining on the back wall… We installed all new insulation and pressure treated plywood to cover the whole wall before we had to install tyvec house wrap so we were able to fully finish the job after we got done installing the beautiful siding, 3 and a half square of siding total!!! I’ll be finishing this emergency job up within the next couple of days!!! will post final before and after pictures once I’m completely done we gotta go back and spackle and install trim that’s it!!! We replaced all the old copper water lines and installed pex hot/cold water lines, we installed all new insulation and then we fixed the existing PVC drain and installed a new drain line and kit for the tub for there upstairs bathroom were the leak started and then got worse over time and collapsed… for a free estimate contact me on here my Facebook business page, Angies or at 570-290-2155 thanks enjoy…
