TOOL FRIDAY: Eight foot Douglas Fir 2X4 - Tool used for levering crooked joists into alignment or prying a bumper off a hydraulic jack handle. Also useful for crumpling nearby sheet metal that looked "solider".

TOOL FRIDAY: Pipe Wrench – Grabbing tool used to kink and gouge copper and chrome plumbing parts, alternately biting down harder the more you try to free it or spinning uselessly while refusing to grip stubborn bits at all. Also useful as a mallet to smash brittle flooring during bouts of frustration.
