It’s National Save Your Hearing Day! Did you know that listening to sounds over 85 decibels (dBA) can lead to hearing loss? For context, running a chainsaw produces 110 dBA. If you like to listen to tunes while you work, like us, we recommend products that not only cancel outside noise but also limit the decibels that your jams can reach when they’re coming into your ears. Starting April 1, we will be known as Mountain High Snowscaping, and will be specializing in permanent, lifelike sculptures of trees, shrubs, summer gear (like the kayak pictured in the photo) and all your other favorite summer items that continue to be covered in snow.
