We are having A LOT of fun creating a very modular piece that will go to a new Yoga Shala coming soon to Woody Creek! The client came to us with this design inspo and we are making their custom vision come to life. The primary fabric is my absolute FAVORITE environmentally friendly brand Two Sisters Ecotextiles and then one small side of each block will feature scraps from our boneyard that are being meticulously patchworked together to make a beautiful earth-inspired palette. 🌎 ♻️

Later, the scraps from those scraps will be made into meditation cushions to surround the table in the tea room. 🍵 🫖 ☮️

Such a fun collaboration with N.I.C.E. COLLECTIVE. We are really excited to see how it turns out and who knows, maybe more of you will want one in the future? What a cool design, don’t you think? Would you want something like this in your space? Comment below 👇

I’m Claire and Cosecha Textiles is my baby.

More than just an upholstery workroom, is passionate about a lot of things and we’re on a mission to do more than to just reupholster your grandma’s old couch or make you that perfect custom built in seating area.

This sweet photo was taken by Elizabeth White during first Friday in downtown Carbondale. I am sitting on our scrap poufs (our in-house recycling program) where I had a little pop up earlier this month the day before my 40th birthday! I sat there for over an hour unable to really go anywhere else because so many of you stopped to chat, give me hugs and love, and I felt truly a part of this beautiful weird and artistic community.

Thanks for following along in my journey. Despite all the hard news that we’re constantly bombarded with I must say I feel a lot of hope when I look around this place and see all your faces smiling back at me. We are stronger together and I hope that my energy brings just a little more color and creative inspiration to your world 🌈

A beautiful redesign for a home up the frying pan. I went up and meticulously patterned and documented the shape of the sofa then we completely redid all the cushions with new foam, custom down envelopes, and fabric which we then treated with Scotchguard to protect. We also treated the leather with Love your leather (and vinyl) again to shine it up. A few trips up and down the frying pan and this giant sectional got the full spa treatment without having to actually move it from the house. The barstools also got a total glow up!

Grateful for clients who totally trust me even though they’ve never met me and ask for allllll the things so we can be sure to do it 100% right the first time!

I love a French-style mattress. It’s a tedious process but moving a bit slower is always welcome in the hustle of serving the homes and businesses of , , and the

Planning, cutting, sewing, pinning, and lots and lots of hand stitching. It’s a very meditative process.

Well that was fun but now I need a beach vacation, you know?! River rats are a special breed or hard working gritty folk. It’s where I met my husband and so fun to return to the deep canyons together, and hold on tight through the rapids. There’s a lot of metaphors there but I’ll spare you.

Back to work now and lots of fun projects in the horizon so stay tuned!
