Before and during pictures of a unique project we’re doing in Sparta. This one needed all new sill plate, floor joists, subfloor. It seems water damage ruined the original products that were used back 1986.
A fallen tree had damaged roof. A flooded crawlspace damaged the floor framing system. This house had sank 1.5-3”, depending on the degree of damage.
We’ve addressed the water issues. And this home is resting once again on all new sill plate, floor joists, rim joists, 3/4 dry lock subfloor.
